Proposal deadline: November 2, 2026

3. Questions

Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing no later than October 14, 2026.

U.S. Co-ops will review and respond to questions received by the deadline. Responses, clarifications, or amendments relevant to all prospective applicants may be consolidated and made available so interested providers have access to the same information.

4. Important Note

Selection for the provider pool does not guarantee an assignment or minimum amount of work. Individual assignments will have their own scope, timeline, deliverables, and agreed pricing.
