Registration is now open for U.S. Co-ops’s 2025 Annual Membership Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, May 6 from 3:30-4:30 pm EDT. While this year’s meeting will once again be available virtually, we invite members in the DMV area to join us in person at U.S. Co-ops headquarters in Washington, DC for a watch party followed by a post-event reception.

This annual member event is a key opportunity to reflect on how U.S. Co-ops has advanced its mission to develop, advance and protect cooperative enterprise over the past year. Even more importantly, the Annual Membership Meeting is a chance for us to renew our commitment to our members and the broader cooperative community to support and empower your work in building a better world—especially during the Year of Cooperatives!
This year, in addition to hearing from U.S. Co-ops’s Board Chair Esteban Kelly and president and CEO Doug O’Brien, we’ll:
- Celebrate the winners of the Cooperative Development Foundation (CDF)’s 2025 Co-op 5K
- Introduce new engagement tools for the Year of Cooperatives
- Announce the results of the 2025 Board of Directors election
U.S. Co-ops 2025 Board of Directors election opened on March 11 and will close on April 8. Eligible U.S. Co-ops members are encouraged to cast their votes during this time.
